STYLING PROCESS
Inside Storey believes in making the property styling process as simple as possible.
CONSULTATION
Our initial consultation with you is free of charge. We will visit your property, obtain a brief from you or liaise with your sales agent. Selling your biggest asset can be a bit overwhelming so we will create a plan of attack to transform your property into a highly desirable home.
PROPOSAL
A proposal will then be forwarded to you for a 6 week staging package required for the best outcome to showcase your property.
BOOKING
On acceptance of the proposal, I will liaise with your agent to confirm the marketing schedule and bookings will be made with the removalist to co-incide with readiness for photography.
PAYMENT
An invoice will be forwarded on acceptance of staging, with payment due prior to the date of installation to secure your booking. If cancellation of staging is required, notification in writing is requested, then confirmed and the full refund will only be issued if installation has not been undertaken.
INSTALL
The inside storey team and contracted removalists will deliver furnishings and generally a day is spent styling the property. We take extreme care during this time.
REMOVAL
The staging package is for up to an expected 6 week period. This allowing the marketing schedule to include photography and open homes for an auction or listed price sale. On advice of an unconditional sales contract, a booking will be made for the vacate of furnishings. No refund is issued if your property is sold prior to the expected 6 week vacate date. If necessary an extension can be negotiated for a re-hire of the staging package, should this be necessary after the 6 week contract.
